Physical Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve their mobility and function. You will conduct initial evaluations, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide ongoing care to patients, including exercises, manual therapy, and education
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
