We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Expert to join our team at Madrid Airport.

As a Beauty Expert, you will work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, providing exceptional customer experiences and sharing your knowledge with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build strong relationships with team members and management to contribute to a positive team atmosphere
• Provide high-quality artistic talent and exceptional customer experiences
• Adapt your approach to different activities, clients, and opportunities to achieve success
• Maintain the company's personal image standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in makeup application and ability to adapt your style to different clients
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early and late turns
