Junior Production Planner

Racing Force Group, a world leader in motorsport safety equipment, is looking for a Junior Production Planner (Bahraini Nationals ONLY) to join its headquarters in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Supporting progress reporting on achievements, delays, and deviations
• Assisting production team activities and allocating tasks under guidance
• Analysing production data using ERP, Excel, and Power BI
• Maintaining ERP updates and following up on raw material deliveries
• Identifying opportunities for product and process improvements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with good interpersonal abilities
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A detail-oriented, structured, and analytical approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
