Description
The Template Admin supports the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of SmartComm templates used for policy documents, endorsements, forms, and customer communications.
This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into accurate templates, and ensure high-quality output across all communication channels.
Key responsibilities include building, updating, and maintaining SmartComm templates for policies, endorsements, and customer communications, working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify rules, analysing existing templates and documentation to identify improvements or gaps, supporting testing and validation of template output, troubleshooting and resolving defects, collaborating with Product Owners, BAs, QA, and technical teams within an Agile Scrum environment, maintaining documentation for template logic, formatting rules, and version history, ensuring compliance with branding, regulatory, and security standards, and assisting with production support and coordinating fixes or enhancements.
Requirements: Basic Java and good communication skills.
