Packaging Operator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Packaging Operator to join our team in Oosterbierum. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including filling, capping, and labeling machines
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve processes
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in a related field an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 kg
