Designer Advocate (London, United Kingdom)

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As a Designer Advocate, you will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to drive the company's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Empower users at scale: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock Figma's full potential.
• Create compelling content: Develop written, visual, and video resources reflecting modern design and build processes.
• Inspire community connections: Foster relationships within the Figma community and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Speak and engage at events: Present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events.
• Champion user voices: Stay attuned to community feedback and advocate for user needs internally.

Requirements:

• Deep Figma expertise and entrepreneurial drive.
• Understanding of modern product design workflows and development environments.
• Clear and compelling communication skills.
• Strong technical design skills.
• Passion for the design community.

Nice to have:

• Experience with developer handoff tools or code-connected design workflows.
