Job Title: Specialist, Paid Social

We are seeking a skilled Specialist, Paid Social to join our team. As a Specialist, Paid Social, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• Follow all best practice and QA processes.
• Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.
• Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population.
• You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices.
• Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice.
• Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.

Requirements:

• 12+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in a Practice.
• Passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you.
• Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
• Good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
• Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Advancing data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated with a very high quality of work.

Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 USD
