At Bayer, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crop Protection Field Sales Rep III to join our team in Montana and Wyoming. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving assigned targets with Bayer products in coordination with pod-mates.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing dealer business plans, managing forecasting proactively, inventory management, and product line demand issues. You will also serve as the key business consultant to retailers and dealers, effectively selling the value of Bayer Crop Science products.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proof of product performance against the competition by being the champion of Bayer brands and product/technical/agronomic knowledge. You will collaborate with pod-mate Field Sales Representatives, Customer Business Advisors, and Bayer Agronomists to maximize services, information, and sales to preferred growers and key customer accounts.
Additional responsibilities will include actively managing inventory concerns, gathering, assimilating, and analyzing market and competitive information, utilizing data to make key decisions to drive the business, and developing and recommending strategies for achieving long and short business plans for key accounts and assigned area.
