Description
Gamma is looking for a People Operations Lead to create the operational backbone that makes the company feel like a great place to work at every stage of the employee lifecycle, anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate will have 6-9+ years of experience in People Ops or HR at a high-growth tech company and be comfortable in ambiguity, operationally rigorous, and detail-oriented. They will evaluate the current people tech stack, own the implementation of the selected HRIS, continuously optimize the broader people tech stack, and build internal tools and automations to give managers self-service access to the information and workflows they need. The role also involves designing and running a world-class onboarding experience, owning off-boarding end-to-end, building scalable processes for a distributed, international workforce, standing up and running performance review cycles, and partnering with managers on employee development conversations and performance concerns.
The compensation range for this full-time position is between $200K - $250K plus benefits & equity.
