As a strategic partner to business and technology teams, the Associate Cloud Business Manager enables successful adoption, optimization, and governance of enterprise platforms and cloud services.
Key responsibilities include: Partner with business units to align platform and cloud capabilities with business goals, helping teams understand available tools, features, and integrations. Identify and analyze complex business needs, conducting requirements gathering and translating them into actionable platform and application requirements. Collaborate with product managers, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define epics, features, and solutions aligned to business cases and ROI considerations. Support or manage governance processes that ensure consistent, secure, and cost-efficient use of platform services. Build strong, trust-based partnerships with leadership, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and platform teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience within IT with a preference for infrastructure, operations, audit, or compliance experience. They should also have experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, as well as strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
