Internal Consultant - Business Operations & Strategy

We are seeking an Internal Consultant - Business Operations & Strategy to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will work on strategic projects, business intelligence, internal organisation, and knowledge sharing.

Job Description The Business Operations team is a strategic consulting team that supports the growth of fifty-five and its employees in France and internationally. As a Business Operations Associate, you will actively participate in various projects launched by the team, in collaboration with top management and fifty-five experts, on three main themes: business intelligence, internal organisation and strategy, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial, profitability, and staffing data for strategic purposes (growth, cost optimisation...)
• Prepare quarterly performance analyses for different offices presented to top management
• Optimise reporting (API, BigQuery, DataStudio...)
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses of performance indicators
• Participate in strategic reflections on the company's international development
• Optimise internal processes through innovative initiatives (implementation of GenAI, process automation...)
• Maintain constant relationships with department directors to support their quest for excellence
• Provide support to international offices and teams on various issues

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +5 degree in a top business or engineering school, or equivalent university degree, and looking for a final internship
• Strong interest in innovation and the digital transformation sector
• High analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Office suite
• Knowledge of SQL and/or DataStudio is a plus
• Fluent in English
