Description
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for managing a strategic enterprise client in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. You will work closely with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, program managers, and other important partners to drive value-based growth within the account. Your goal will be to expand the Databricks footprint into new business units and use cases, while exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and value to customers
- Tracking customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
We are looking for a creative, execution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive who can maximize the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for Databricks. You will have 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in larger accounts. You will also have prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and essential decision-makers at local accounts.
In addition to your sales experience, you will have a strong understanding of big data, cloud, SaaS, and consumption selling motions. You will be able to simplify complex technical capabilities into value-based benefits and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
