Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute breakthrough sales strategies to capture market share and achieve ambitious targets.
• Become the ambassador for Phillips, captivating audiences at industry events with your presentations to establish us as the definitive thought leader.
• Leverage our cutting-edge CRM to apply data-driven insights and gain unparalleled market intelligence.
• Craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive product justifications with communication skills that are nothing short of legendary, clearly articulating the undeniable value proposition of our technology.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven success in high-end machine tool sales with a documented history of exceeding expectations and shattering sales targets.
• Deep machining process expertise, ideally honed through hands-on experience as a virtuoso machinist, programmer, or manufacturing engineer.
• A willingness to travel extensively throughout Tennessee.
• 5-Axis technology experience is a significant advantage.

Benefits

• Compensation is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually, plus commission.
