Red Bull Student Marketeer

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

Your goal will be to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on a student level.

Responsibilities:

• Be a brand & product ambassador: Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way.
• Grow the user base: Invite positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling.
• Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan: Engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
• Create a strong network: Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
• Drive brand engagement on Social Media: Create authentic content.
• Work at Red Bull events: Help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

Requirements:

• Currently studying at Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala or Universidad del Valle de Guatemala
• Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
• Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people
• Immersed in student life with thorough understanding of the university, city, and region
• Creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Available to flexibly work part-time, including evenings and weekends
• An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales
