Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments and gather data to inform treatment decisions
• Implement treatment plans and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Washington
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience as a physical therapist assistant
• Certification in a specialized area of physical therapy, such as sports medicine or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
