Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our outpatient rehab centre in Seattle.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with various conditions and injuries
• Conduct initial assessments and gather data to inform treatment decisions
• Develop and implement treatment programs to promote patient progress and independence
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Washington
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Experience working in an outpatient rehab setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
