Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) team at Anduril develops aerial small drones and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. The team works in close coordination with tactical unit end users, program offices, and other critical DOW stakeholders to solve some of the hardest problems facing our warfighters.

As a Division Operations Analyst, you will own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation. You will be handed ambiguous, messy problems with little prescription on how to solve them.

Responsibilities:

  • Build out and run the headcount planning machine for TRS, enabling division leadership and recruiting to steer allocation of its most valuable resources as the organization scales
  • Proactively identify issues across work streams and lead projects to directly and quickly strengthen the division’s financial or operational performance
  • Regularly monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and provide recommendations to Division leadership for resource reallocation
  • Run our division reporting battle rhythm by monitoring performance against goals across divisions verticals
  • Support internal TRS operations like recurring leadership business reviews, all-hands, and other division-wide events
  • Coordinate and prepare for executive leadership meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
  • Execute on special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure as they arise

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of varied experience in consulting or finance, in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or other similar experiences
  • Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way
  • High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
  • Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute on them
  • Discerning and an incredibly fast learner
  • Tactical and able to work at a detailed level

Benefits:

  • Highly competitive equity grants
  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including health, recovery, and other support
  • Comprehensive, competitive benefits package available at little to no cost to employees
