About the role
The Retail Operations Assistant Manager is a key role within the Retail team, reporting into the Head of Travel Retail, Continental Europe. This fast-paced and exciting role ensures all elements of our store environment projects are executed across both our existing and expanding estate across the regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- In-Store Operations: Ensure operational excellence across the store estate by creating, implementing, monitoring, and reporting effective operational processes.
- Communication & BAU: Be the go-to expert for all store-related issues and technology systems.
- Maintenance: Ensure Store & VM Maintenance reported issues are resolved to a high standard, timely manner, and within budget.
- Budget Management: Tracking and monitoring spend vs Budget.
- Projects: Support with leading the opening of new and existing counter refits to ensure a successful launch.
About you
- Operations experience within the beauty/fashion industry.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven track record in implementing projects, change management, and training teams on new ways of working.
- Experience in executing store projects and ability to engage and set best practice for store managers.
- Confident with budget management and daily financial tasks.
- A reactive and flexible attitude towards tasks.
- Able to flourish in an autonomous environment.
