As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies and programs that align with the company's core values and brand direction. You will collaborate with the ship and shoreside leadership teams to achieve this goal.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the Human Resources team by creating a highly engaged, effective, and team-oriented department
- Serving as an advisor and coach to leadership and management on HR policies and processes
- Providing human resource direction and guidance on all employee-related issues
In addition, you will oversee the Learning & Development function, including the teammate Onboarding and Shipboard Orientation Processes. You will also manage the Internal Transfer Program and Career Progression by providing career counseling to teammates and managing the internal recruitment & interview process.
