Director of Planning Systems & Analytics

The Supply Chain Planning team is seeking a Sr. Director of Planning Systems & Processes responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems, data, and analytics that drive Anduril’s global planning operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Optimize Planning Processes Systems: Design and implement scalable, standardized digital capabilities to ensure efficiency, quality, and repeatability across planning.
• Establish tools, processes, and data that provide end-to-end planning visibility, ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and deployments.
• Identify solutions to complex processes and dissect components to identify changes and improvements required.
• Support the expansion of the planning analytics team, systems, and tools to enable real-time decisioning and risk mitigation.

Systems & Technology Integration

• Lead the adoption and integration of ERP, Planning systems, and other analytics platforms to enhance operational effectiveness for planning.
• Ensure smooth rollout of company and production-wide system integrations with Planning input.
• Partner with software engineering teams to build and improve custom tools for planning operations.
• Develop a centralized knowledge repository for systems and processes.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build a team to serve as the primary interface between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain planning playbooks and SOPs.
• Work with internal and external partners to implement scalable planning solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead a high-performing planning systems and analytics team.
• Represent Planning needs and deliverables within executive leadership forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve results.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in planning, supply chain, systems, or operations management.
• 10+ years of experience leading teams that manage complex planning systems and practices.
• Expertise in Planning & Inventory Systems & Technology.
• Experience selecting and implementing technology-driven deployment solutions.
• Track record of developing scalable planning frameworks and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
