Processing Operator

We are seeking a Processing Operator to join our team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production process and meeting quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production lines
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with larger maintenance projects
• Monitor the production process and intervene when necessary
• Conduct quality control checks
• Report production data
• Work according to established procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and food safety

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in process technology or the food industry
• Completed MBO level 3 or 4 education (or willingness to pursue)
• Knowledge of SAP and HACCP is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and result-oriented
