Field Marketing Lead, Industries - EMEA

Anthropic is seeking a Field Marketing Lead to build and scale its field marketing and demand generation capabilities across EMEA.

As a founding member of the EMEA field marketing function, you will establish programs and infrastructure to drive pipeline and revenue growth across diverse European markets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the EMEA field marketing function
• Drive field marketing initiatives across enterprise and startups
• Create and implement field marketing programs
• Partner with EMEA sales leadership to align field marketing programs with territory and account-specific goals
• Establish measurement frameworks to demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue
• Evaluate and select premium third-party events
• Collaborate with global Field Marketing and Segment Marketing teams
• Coordinate with EMEA Solutions Marketing and Product Marketing
• Manage regional resources and budget
• Drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience
• Demonstrated success in field marketing and account-based marketing
• Experience working within software companies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• International marketing experience and understanding of regional market dynamics
• Proven self-starter with strong project management skills
• Exceptional budgeting and financial management capabilities
• Cultural awareness and ability to adapt strategies for diverse European markets

Strong candidates may also:

• Have experience marketing AI/ML or complex technical products
• Have experience building and leading demand generation teams
• Have knowledge of account-based marketing strategies
• Have experience at high-growth technology companies
• Have previous experience as a first field marketing hire in a new region
• Have fluency in multiple European languages

Travel Requirements:

• 2 days a week in London office
• 40-50% travel within EMEA

Annual Salary: £160,000-£200,000 GBP
