We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver field-based technical services that enhance customer performance and support Sales Engineers.
Key responsibilities include conducting engineering and lubrication surveys, collaborating with Sales Engineers to develop customer proposals, supporting the implementation and rollout of lubrication programs, executing open gear inspections and reconditioning services, conducting detailed lubrication audits, developing performance documentation and case studies, and executing preventive maintenance activities.
Travel is required for this role, with 60-80% national travel expected.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, and 5+ years of field service or maintenance experience, ideally within specialty lubricants or related industries.
They will also have condition monitoring experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, initiative, engagement, determination, persistence, and high-level safety and health awareness.
In return, FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 per year, and a comprehensive suite of benefits.
