Description
As a Customer Success Architect at Mixpanel, you will partner with customers throughout their journey to understand what drives value and help them maximise the value of Mixpanel.
You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers, providing strategic consultation on data architecture, governance, instrumentation, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor for prospects/customers
- Communicating effectively at all levels of the customer's organisation
- Owning the customer's success with Mixpanel and documenting and delivering ROI
- Onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value prospects/customers
- Engaging with customers' engineering, product management, and marketing teams
- Delivering technical services such as data architecture consultations and adoption and change management best practices
- Leveraging modern data architecture expertise to create scalable data governance practices
- Executing on success outcomes whilst balancing project timelines and scope creep
- Bridging the technical-business gap with customers
- Collaborating with technical and solutions partners
- Being a technical sponsor for internal engagements with Mixpanel product and engineering teams
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- Experience consulting on defining and delivering ROI through new tool implementations
- Experience working with VP-level members of the customer organisation
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Experience in data querying, modeling, and transforming
- Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses
- Familiarity with product analytics implementation methods
- Familiarity with analytics best practices
- Ability to manage complex projects and client stakeholders
- Demonstrated successful record of experience in customer success or technical project management
- Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong process and/or project delivery discipline
Compensation: $132,000-$178,500 USD
