Description

Ford Racing is looking for a Program Manager Operations Analyst to join their team. As the Lead Analyst for Program Management Operations & Profitability, you will help keep the department's strategic and operational health on track across Ford's entire production vehicle lineup.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Ford Racing Production Vehicle TVM and CRID portfolio
  • Build the tracking architecture and give leadership clear visibility
  • Partner with PMs to execute engineering tasks
  • Track and develop profitability improvement projects
  • Own the department's executive reporting cadence
  • Aggregate cross-program data into the weekly Ops Dashboard
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for production program engineering spend
  • Track monthly orders and manage POs
  • Serve as the central PM coordinator for corporate and cross-program directives
  • Lead the rollout of AI tools across the PM team
  • Distill complex data into clear insights for leaders
  • Drive accountability and results across cross-functional teams
  • Use AI to handle analytical tasks and rely on judgment and relationships to navigate tradeoffs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, corporate strategy, or product development
  • Experience managing departmental budgets and performing financial forecasting
  • Experience with cost reduction (TVM) processes
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability

Salary: $86,600 to $144,900 (salary grade 7) or $99,100 to $166,200 (salary grade 8)
