Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Interior Designer to join our design studios in Dearborn. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing conceptual and production-based exterior and interior solutions for our vehicles. This includes creating compelling and innovative design experiences and visions for design projects, coordinating the work of other design personnel, and spanning digital and physical thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing exterior and interior design concepts and solutions for our vehicles
- Creating 2D and 3D designs using software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, suppliers, and other partners
- Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
- Analyzing customer needs and global trends to inform design decisions
