Description
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our high-growth team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B business in the North region, focusing on Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace Solutions.
Your primary objective will be to manage an identified set of existing and potential customers from the North region, building a revenue plan that aligns with the overall revenue and growth targets for the territory. You will ensure alignment with the L4B teams, understanding their coverage models and strategies, and know their focus in areas of target accounts, verticals, geography, and market coverage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing existing relationships and developing new ones
- Building a revenue plan that aligns with the overall revenue and growth targets for the territory
- Ensuring alignment with the L4B teams and understanding their coverage models and strategies
- Spearheading the joint Logitech value proposition with customers, peering-coordinating resources, including Sales Leadership, Sales, and Marketing as needed
- Assisting in coordinating training on new products, solution sets, Logitech corporate direction, business processes, etc.
- Driving joint opportunity development activities through account mapping, marketing activities, coordinating marketing budget, and Logitech channel marketing programs
- Actively participating in sales meetings and workgroups as required
- Managing deal registration, forecast, and pipeline
- Preparing a strategic blueprint and owning a business plan for each focus account and conducting and leading quarterly reviews
In this role, you will join a high-performing sales team where growth is both real and visible.
