Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Elkhart location. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care
• Conduct treatments and exercises as directed by the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Indiana
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• BLS certification
