Description
We are looking for an Industrial Cleaner to join our team at our Kruiningen site. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in improving food safety and hygiene standards within the factory and surrounding area. You will work as part of a team to maintain and improve hygiene standards, performing cleaning and tidying tasks according to a planned programme.
Your work will involve ensuring the factory and surrounding area are clean and tidy. You will also be responsible for conducting visual quality checks on cleaning standards, supporting in case of emergencies, and maintaining your own and colleagues' safety when using high-pressure washes, hot water, and chemicals.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in cleaning operations within the food industry. You should have good knowledge of the Dutch language, with English being an advantage. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proactive, methodical, and take responsibility for your actions.

As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be based in Kruiningen and report to the Facility Supervisor. This is a full-time position, working a two-shift rotation (two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, two days off).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the factory and surrounding area
- Ensure food-safe production and readiness for audits
- Conduct visual quality checks on cleaning standards
- Support in case of emergencies
- Maintain personal and others' safety when using high-pressure washes, hot water, and chemicals
- Accurately and fully record undertaken work and checks
- Supervise and guide temporary cleaners
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning operations within the food industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Dutch language is required, with English being an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, methodical, and responsible approach
- Willingness to attend training courses in safety, quality, and environment
- Willingness to get hands-on and work physically
