At Bayer, we're launching a dynamic Institutional & Specialty Sales team to bring Asundexian, a next-generation stroke prevention therapy, to market. As an Institutional & Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant, you will drive clinical demand, education, and sales by communicating the value of Asundexian in stroke prevention. You will lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems. You will build strategic relationships with priority institutions, including key stakeholders at the institutions, and neurologists. You will develop territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborate with internal teams to support a successful launch. You will demonstrate expertise and knowledge of disease state, the marketplace, competitors, industry, and cross-functional activities/plans, as well as possessing the analytical rigor to anticipate and identify business opportunities and challenges. You will analyse competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
This role will cover the geography of Simi Valley, CA and candidates must be domiciled within the territory. You will be paid a salary between $124,320 - $186,480. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
