Description

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager DACH, you will be our central expert for binding and activating our existing customers in our core region. Your mission is to increase the commercial value of our community sustainably by bringing global strategies to life with a local focus.

In this role, you will report to the Team Lead Growth and work at the interface between Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify trends early on and utilize growth opportunities. You will be the 'voice of the market' for the DACH region, ensuring that global initiatives have maximum resonance locally, and drive key success metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and reducing churn rate.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong commercial understanding and high data affinity. You will also need to be able to steer stakeholders across different functions and win them over for common goals.

Your tasks will include:

  • Operational interface function: You will coordinate the collaboration between the Global Lifecycle Team and local market teams to ensure that global initiatives are implemented smoothly and on time.
  • Local performance monitoring: You will use global data to continuously monitor retention performance in the DACH market, identify operational trends, and derive targeted measures to improve performance.
  • Practical exchange: You will reflect local market knowledge and best practices back to the global team and provide concrete impulses to optimize customer binding and user journey locally.
  • Localization and implementation: You will adapt global retention measures for your market and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve measurable results.
  • Idea generator for local actions: You will develop suitable measures for the DACH market, such as prices, offers, or point-of-sale (POS) activities, and pass on impulses to the implementing teams.
  • Structured test-and-learn initiatives: You will conduct pilot projects within the global testing framework to validate new approaches and ensure consistent, measurable impact.
  • KPI responsibility and reporting: Together with stakeholders, you will be responsible for achieving key retention KPIs (e.g., lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, churn, profitability) and ensure precise tracking.
  • Voice of the customer: You will serve as the voice of our community in the DACH region, ensure team-wide transparency about their needs, and drive continuous optimization of the overall customer experience.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Relevant experience: At least two years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally in a DTC environment or at companies with recurring revenue models.
  • Commercial and strategic mindset: You think entrepreneurially, can evaluate growth opportunities strategically, and have a deep understanding of customer- and finance-related metrics.
  • Data expertise: You are data-driven and proficient in using analysis tools like Tableau or Amplitude. You can easily translate complex data into simple, commercially relevant insights.
  • Implementation strength: You understand how to approach problems systematically, set priorities in a dynamic environment, and bring initiatives successfully across different teams.
  • Stakeholder management: You are a communication talent and can steer cross-functional teams, convince stakeholders, and create a strong focus on common goals.
  • Growth mindset: As a proactive self-starter with high personal responsibility, you feel comfortable in unclear situations and have the drive to continuously improve processes.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English to work successfully both locally and with our global teams.
