Be part of the Red Bull Student Marketeer programme, one of the most dynamic and engaging programmes around the world. As a Student Marketeer, you will be the ambassador for the Red Bull brand and products on campus, understanding our target group and spreading the correct brand image and product knowledge among students.
This role focuses on marketing on university campuses, planning and executing strategies to increase recognition and brand fans through campus initiatives, involving students and providing memorable brand experiences. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key people in your area, promoting the brand and products through social media, supporting events, and creating innovative campus plans that fit in with student life.
As a Student Marketeer, you will be involved in the following areas:
Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: Represent the premium brand and products in daily interactions with consumers, embodying the company's values and brand personality. Provide samples at the right time and place to increase awareness and future consumption, and answer any consumer questions correctly.
Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with store staff and ensure Red Bull is always visible and accessible on campus. Collaborate with the sales team to increase the number of sales points and introduce the Red Bull world view in stores, considering compatibility.
Executional Excellence: Be meticulous in all tasks, sharing ideas and collaborating with the team through regular face-to-face and online meetings. Submit high-quality activity plans and reports through the dedicated online platform, and provide insights and trends-based ideas to contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business.
Requirements:
- Currently studying at a university
- Wide network and strong social skills
- Sensitive to trends and interested in marketing
- Knowledge of the local area, leadership skills, and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Passion for marketing and sales
- Strong enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and products
