Description
You will join the Red Bull Graduate Programme as an On Premise Sales & Marketing Graduate in Tokyo.
As a member of the On Premise Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for monitoring nightlife trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour. You will turn data into actionable insights for the On Premise team. Your duties will also include assisting in the planning and execution of festivals, third-party events, and brand activations, managing logistics and ensuring brand standards are met.
You will join field visits to understand account management, prepare presentations, and trade marketing tools for key accounts. Additionally, you will lead operational projects, such as digitalising menu support or optimising POS ordering processes.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, as well as a passion for hospitality, nightlife, and events. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A valid Japanese driver's licence is preferred for field visits.
Travel is expected to be around 20-30%.
