Ford Bank is at the heart of the Ford customer experience, and we are experiencing significant business transformation in an ever-changing digital world. We are searching for a Group Product Manager who will help to unlock the power of our data and transform our relationship with customers.
As the Group Product Manager, you will lead the Data & Document Services Team in Germany and the UK. This team of Senior Product Managers and Product Analysts build, implement and enhance our digital services and experiences for our diverse internal users, dealers and end-customers across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include leading a European team, engaging with senior stakeholders, partnering with multiple cross-functional teams on digital data-driven solutions, utilising technical expertise, owning and shaping the roadmap, staying ahead of the curve, driving operational efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, driving innovation and problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
You will be responsible for owning portfolios, delivering products to market, measuring their success, and pushing for their continual improvement. This is a rare opportunity to apply your unique Product, Design, and Tech skillsets to support the wider business in our transformation.
We are looking for a strong experience in a product role, exceptional communication, stakeholder management, customer centricity, data-guided decision-making, product strategy, self-starter, and people leadership and influence. You should have experience owning a product in multiple markets, proficiency in both German and English, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
