Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Cardiff. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact between the business and our customers, delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels including telephone, email, social media, and reviews.
You will have knowledge of the financial services industry and understand the frustrations that customers may have with insurance products and providers. You will also have experience working in a customer-facing role, such as in hospitality, contact centres, or retail.
The expected salary for this role is £26,500. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, and you will work from our Cardiff office, with three days spent in the office and two days working from home.
