Partnerships Manager, Accounting Channel

As a Partnerships Manager, Accounting Channel, you will be at the forefront of shaping and expanding Brex's market presence, driving a critical engine of the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with high-potential accounting firms
• Craft and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners and their teams
• Drive client referrals from accounting partners to fuel revenue growth for Brex
• Serve as a product expert, articulating Brex's value proposition to partners
• Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients, and inform Brex's product roadmap

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a closing sales or partnerships role
• Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets and quotas
• Ability to identify client needs through thoughtful questioning, active listening, and analysis
• Ability to deliver tailored, consultative solutions that align with partner's needs and business goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Compensation: The expected OTE range for this role is $135,600 - $169,500.
