FBS Sr Solution Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to design and deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives. As a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate requirements into scalable, efficient solutions that support complex business initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical teams to understand and address complex initiatives
• Leading multiple technical projects simultaneously and prioritizing solution engineering efforts
• Developing and refining technical designs to meet business requirements for complex solutions
• Collaborating with developers, Agile Release Trains, and DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Engaging with quality assurance teams to validate technical solutions
• Maintaining technical documentation for solutions and sharing best practices across business units

Requirements:

• 9-12 years of relevant experience
• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and end-to-end design experience
• Advanced stakeholder management, conflict resolution, SDLC, and enterprise solution delivery experience
