Physical Therapy Team Leader

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team as a Physical Therapy Team Leader. As a Therapy Team Leader, you will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes while mentoring and developing fellow therapists.

The ideal candidate will have a current state license as a Physical Therapist, a minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience, and leadership experience. Responsibilities include:

• Providing patient evaluations and developing therapy treatments
• Supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians
• Administering skilled therapy treatment and monitoring patient response
• Supporting staff development and performance management
• Coordinating team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives
• Driving continuous quality improvement
