Lead World

We are seeking an experienced Lead World to join our team at Ubisoft Annecy. As a Lead World, you will be responsible for leading the World team, transforming the vision and methodologies defined by the World Director into an effective, coherent, and sustainable production organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the World team, defining priorities and ensuring the quality of produced content
• Collaborate with the World Director, World Associate Producer, and other leads to align goals and ensure smooth execution
• Represent the World team's interests to other project disciplines and directors
• Ensure the coherence and quality of produced content, maintaining high standards and methodologies
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in AAA production
• Strong understanding of game development, particularly World production
• Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize effectively, and provide regular feedback
• Experience with level design, technical level design, and level art

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of game development pipelines and tools
• Experience with Snowdrop game engine
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
