Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during periods of absence, and maintain customer relationships across large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

You will work closely with management to ensure that all customers receive excellent service in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull's executional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a training program aimed at preparing you for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive sales growth
• Understand and learn about Red Bull, its brands, and products
• Ensure proper brand flow and rotation to maintain fresh products
• Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans effectively
• Communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
