We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio team. This is a pivotal role for a designer who is not only a master of layout and typography but also a natural leader capable of guiding a team through high-volume, fast-paced deliverables.
As part of the interview process, please share an online portfolio that showcases your expertise. We are open to seeing both personal and professional projects that can include online or print work.
The ideal candidate will be client-facing, presenting work with confidence, articulating creative decisions clearly, and ensuring the team's output is flawless.
Key responsibilities include leading the design team in the execution of a high volume of assets for the client, ensuring rapid turnaround and strict adherence to brand guidelines. The successful candidate will also design and oversee the production of diverse deliverables, including website updates, internal collateral documents, marketing materials, and digital assets.
In addition, the Senior Graphic Designer will act as the lead creative voice on client participation calls, confidently presenting work, absorbing feedback, and consulting on design strategy. They will also present storyboards and design concepts in client meetings, confidently discussing their creative decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an expert in Microsoft 365, particularly in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Sketch for web-based assets is a plus.
