As a Service Support Representative at Aristocrat, you will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring flawless operations of our Multi-Site Progressives (MSP) systems and Downloadable Gaming Services. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of gaming activities and offers an outstanding opportunity to contribute to world-class gaming experiences!
Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring all MSP system operations continuously to ensure efficient performance. Answering support phone calls, resolving or advancing issues as needed. Providing operational and maintenance support for MSP systems and installations. Maintaining agreements, logs, and documentation according to established procedures. Coordinating resources for MSP installations across North America. Recording jackpot meter readings and facilitating jackpot verification processes. Verifying accurate EGM information for game activation and deactivation. Logging and tracking issues, following auditing procedures in a high-volume environment. Collaborating with outside departments for blocking issues and problem resolutions. Providing overflow support for NSSC Support calls and other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent credentials in gaming machine/system servicing, installation, or related fields. 1+ years of direct technical support experience in a customer contact center. Strong analytical and multitasking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic network understanding and troubleshooting abilities. Customer service orientation with outstanding verbal communication skills. Ability to operate within a Windows desktop environment under pressure. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with good time management. Must meet all background requirements for gaming licenses. Must be 21 yrs. of age or older.
