Description
As a Resident Trainer & Lead Artist at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will act as the ultimate Brand Ambassador, combining exceptional artistry expertise with inspirational coaching to elevate both team capability and commercial performance.
You will be responsible for developing Retail Artists and Managers while delivering best-in-class artistry demonstrations that inspire both customers and teams. Your role will focus on translating artistry expertise into business success by developing confident artists, increasing service excellence and supporting key retail doors whenever needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering inspiring in-store and virtual artistry training sessions
- Demonstrating Charlotte Tilbury techniques through live product demonstrations and model applications during every training session
- Developing Retail Artists from foundation to advanced artistry techniques
- Coaching teams on the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Experience
- Supporting onboarding, certification pathways and continuous talent development
- Delivering engaging New Product Development (NPD) training with a strong focus on practical application and artistry
- Working alongside the Field Sales Training Manager to monitor training effectiveness and continuously adapt learning based on business needs and KPI performance
- Building and executing development plans for Retail Artists and Managers
- Leading masterclasses, VIP events and New Product launches across key retail locations
- Performing live artistry demonstrations during all education sessions, masterclasses and retailer events
- Showcasing new techniques, trends and product application methods to inspire both customers and teams
- Identifying high-potential talent and coaching individuals through their development journey
- Supporting underperforming teams through targeted coaching and follow-up
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning, creativity and artistry excellence
You will report to the Field Sales Training Manager and have a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Business Manager within the assigned retailer.
