FBS Internal Trainer

We are seeking an FBS Internal Trainer to support new hire onboarding and ongoing talent development for Customer and Agent Solutions (CAS). As a trainer, you will partner with supervisors and coaches to deliver effective training experiences and play a key role in change management for new products, platforms, processes, and behaviors.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the first week of new hire training and support leaders delivering technical training
• Provide train-the-leader/coach support and manage low-complexity content updates
• Gather feedback and support training records and reporting
• Occasionally facilitate technical training modules for consistency and quality
• Deliver and facilitate learning solutions for supervisory and professional-level Service Operations audiences
• Create a positive learning environment driving behavior change and measurable business results
• Plan, prepare, and execute training programs with organized learning materials
• Oversee trainees during sessions and provide constructive feedback
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and improvement opportunities
• Support business strategy execution with targeted learning and performance improvement solutions
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives with Service Operations Leadership and University partners
• Manage end-to-end training delivery logistics, including classroom setup/teardown
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective training delivery
• Coordinate training schedules, guest speakers, and support resources with cross-functional partners
• Lead meetings with business leaders to review class outcomes and employee performance
• Serve as a subject matter expert for curriculum development and content relevance
• Contribute to cross-functional project teams with innovative ideas for enhancing learning solutions
• Lead or support projects focused on improving training programs
• Conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Total experience: 4-6 years
• Must have skills: Training, Learning & Development, facilitating training sessions or delivering learning content, Fluent in English (written and spoken)
