Senior Analyst, SOX and Internal Audit

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Analyst, SOX and Internal Audit, to enhance business insights and processes. This role involves implementing SOX 404 lifecycle, partnering with process owners, driving continuous improvement, providing guidance and training, serving as a primary point of contact for external auditors, and participating in operational audits and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implement end-to-end SOX 404 lifecycle, including scoping, risk-control matrices, walkthroughs, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and reporting.
• Partner with process owners to assess risks in new and changing business processes, identify key controls, and build narrative, flowchart, and control descriptions.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation by streamlining, standardizing, and automating controls.
• Provide guidance and training to control owners on SOX compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensure a seamless audit process.
• Coach offshore testers, review control testing, and provide guidance and feedback.
• Participate in operational audits and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Big 4 and/or large public company environments with hands-on SOX and internal audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and curiosity capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Ability to get results and influence business process owners.
• Understanding of IT General Controls, using SAP S4 Hana, experience with auditing and AI, and technology industry experience.
