Principal Product Manager, Reporting

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, Reporting to join our team at Gusto. As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for Reporting, collaborating with engineering, design, and data partners to deliver high-impact solutions for small businesses and their employees.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategy and roadmap end-to-end for Reporting
• Define the vision for traditional reports and AI-driven answers
• Ship customer-facing value every cycle
• Partner with other product teams on real use cases
• Drive the data infrastructure forward
• Set up and track the right metrics
• Raise the bar on collaboration

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on product management experience
• Experience with data products, analytics tools, reporting platforms, or infrastructure products
• Demonstrated track record of shipping customer-facing improvements at pace
• Experience with AI-powered product features or data experiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in environments where back-end platform maturity and front-end customer experience have to be balanced and advanced simultaneously
