Description

We are seeking a finance leader to support the Finance organization by driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, financial expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leaders.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities through financial analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks.
  • Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to financial governance and internal controls.
  • Support strategic projects, investments, and business cases.
  • Support aggressive growth targets while ensuring forecast accuracy and financial discipline.
  • Balance enterprise growth expectations against actual market performance and business realities.
  • Consolidate financial planning across multiple sales channels and product portfolios.
  • Enable faster and more effective business decisions through financial insights and forecasting models.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior leadership experience managing finance teams.
  • Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L management.
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights.
  • Track record of driving growth, profitability, process optimization, or automation initiatives.
  • Insurance industry experience preferred; banking or financial services experience also considered.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Technical & Business Skills:

  • Excel (Advanced Financial Modeling)
  • Office 360 (PPT, Copilot - big plus)
  • AI Management
  • SAP, Oracle and Hyperion nice to have
  • Power BI nice to have
