Description
As a Retail Channel Manager, you will lead Logitech's offline retail business with designated key retail customers and channel partners in Taiwan. This role requires strong hands-on experience in retail sales management, with a proven ability to drive sell-out growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and elevate in-store brand execution across highly competitive retail environments.
You will own end-to-end commercial performance across offline channels, spanning portfolio strategy, pricing discipline, promotion planning, retail visibility, and in-store execution excellence. The role calls for strong commercial judgment, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable and scalable growth.
This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, GTM, Finance, and Merchandising teams, while also partnering with key retail accounts to drive category growth and strengthen Logitech's market leadership.
Key responsibilities include owning designated offline channel and key account performance, developing and executing retail business strategies, driving in-store visibility and retail execution excellence, partnering closely with customers, leading key retail campaigns, and ensuring strong pricing discipline and channel governance.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in retail sales, offline channel management, key account management, or consumer electronics-related industries, with a strong understanding of Taiwan's retail landscape and key offline retail channels.
