Food Beverage Director

As the Food and Beverage Director at Princess Cruises, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage department onboard one of our luxurious cruise ships.

The F&B Director is responsible for reviewing guest feedback, corporate reports, and other information to identify trends and issues that drive guest satisfaction. They oversee special requests, ensure satisfaction and service ratings meet or exceed OBE targets, and collaborate with the Hotel General Manager to formulate and implement short- and long-term service improvement plans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the Ocean Service Excellence tool and resolving guest issues promptly
• Driving a service culture focused on 'guest centricity'
• Overseeing day-to-day operational efficiency and quality assurance for all areas of responsibility
• Maintaining clear communication and positive interaction across the Food and Beverage department
• Directing onboard Food and Beverage revenue managers to adjust and improve revenue-generating programs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum ten years of experience in the Hospitality business, with at least five years in a Senior Management position (F&B Director or equivalent role)
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hospitality Management from a recognized School/University
• Demonstrated commanding presence with the ability and commitment to lead in line with all Company values and guest service ethic
• Strong and personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality
• Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
