Description
Logitech is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for driving complex enterprise engagements from discovery through technical win. This role partners closely with Sales, customers, and internal cross-functional teams to lead solution design, manage evaluations, navigate competitive situations, and maintain momentum in strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex enterprise engagements across discovery, solution design, technical validation, and decision support
- Guiding customer conversations across IT, security, AV, procurement, and end-user workflow stakeholders
- Translating customer requirements into practical technical plans that align with real deployment standards and constraints
- Developing trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by maintaining clear ownership, follow through, and momentum across active opportunities
In addition, you will be responsible for leading competitive technical conversations and differentiating Logitech clearly in high-value opportunities. You will address objections with credibility and customer context, not just feature comparison. You will strengthen account strategy through sound technical judgment and clear communication.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, enterprise IT consulting, or AV solution design. They will have proven ability to work with large enterprise customers, Fortune 500 companies, or complex IT environments. They will have extensive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, AV integration, or collaboration technologies. They will have demonstrated success in leading technical sales engagements, influencing decision-makers, and driving adoption at scale.
The required skills for this role include expert-level knowledge in video collaboration solutions, advanced understanding of enterprise networking, deep experience with AV system architecture, microphone arrays, room acoustics, and conferencing technology, familiarity with device management, cloud infrastructure, and API-based integrations, and practical experience troubleshooting or guiding customer deployments involving certificates, proxy environments, firewall rules, device management, and log analysis.
